Working With Attainment Care
Attainment Care is a Liverpool-based supported living provider for autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex support needs. We aim to develop personalised support around each person’s communication, strengths, aspirations and assessed needs.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the regulated activity of Personal Care. In supported living, housing and support arrangements remain separate, protecting tenancy rights, choice and independence.
Our approach is underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support, least restrictive practice, safeguarding and quality assurance.

Referrals and Partnership Conversations
We welcome initial conversations about individual referrals, future service development and collaborative working across Liverpool and the wider city region.
Before accepting a referral, we consider the individual’s wishes and assessed support needs, communication, compatibility, staffing, environment, risks and the resources required to provide safe, effective support.
Where appropriate and with consent, we work alongside the person, families, advocates, social workers, health professionals and housing partners to plan transitions and support arrangements.
