Why Choose Attainment Care?
Built around people. Guided by values. Focused on what matters.
Person-centred supported living for autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities across the Liverpool City Region, with a focus on independence, choice and quality of life.
A different approach to supported living
Choosing a supported living provider is an important decision. Attainment Care has been developed around the belief that good support should respect each person’s rights, relationships, communication and aspirations. Our approach combines individual attention with clear governance and accountability.
What matters to us
Person-led support
We aim to co-produce support plans with the person and involve families, advocates and professionals where appropriate and with consent. The person’s choices, strengths and goals guide decisions.
Relationships and continuity
We prioritise careful staff matching, consistent communication and building trusted relationships. Continuity is an important aim of our staffing and support arrangements.
Local and responsive
Based in Liverpool, we work across the Liverpool City Region and aim to respond thoughtfully to changing needs, feedback and local partnership opportunities.
Quality and accountability
Our governance, safeguarding, incident management and quality assurance arrangements are designed to identify concerns, take action, review effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Experience, values and accountability
Attainment Care has been established by leaders with experience in learning disability and autism services, including frontline, operational and commissioning perspectives. We have developed policies, systems and oversight arrangements intended to support safe, effective and person-centred delivery.
Attainment Care is registered with CQC to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care. Registration is an important starting point; we recognise that trust and quality must continue to be demonstrated through the support people receive.
Rights, choice and independence
Our approach includes Positive Behaviour Support, least restrictive practice, trauma-informed approaches and co-produced support planning. We recognise behaviour as a possible form of communication and aim to promote dignity, control, meaningful participation and safety.
In supported living, housing and support arrangements remain separate. Attainment Care provides support rather than acting as a person’s landlord; any housing partnership must preserve the person’s rights and choices.
