Attainment Care was founded with a clear purpose: to deliver supported living that truly centres the person — not the system.

Our leadership team brings together decades of combined experience in social care, housing, and community support. 

We’ve worked on the front lines. We’ve seen what happens when care becomes impersonal. And we knew we could do better.

That’s why we created Attainment Care: a service built on compassion, transparency, and doing the right thing — even when it’s hard.

We are a family-run organisation that prides itself on building meaningful partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, and — most importantly — the people we support and their families.

We don’t just aim to meet standards. We want to set them.

At Attainment Care, our vision is simple but powerful:
To create a service where people are supported to live on their own terms — not managed by systems or restricted by labels.

We imagine a future where:

·        People with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or complex histories are recognised for their strengths — not just their support requirements.

·        Homes are truly homes — not placements.

·        Support staff are enablers of independence, choice, and progress — not gatekeepers of safety and risk.

·        Local communities are places of welcome and connection, not isolation or exclusion.

Our team applies national best practice drawn from SCIE, CQC guidance, and NICE quality standards. We believe that co-production, autonomy, and inclusion are not just ideals—they’re operational principles.
